Features are never withheld.
If a capability is built and ready, it ships in the current version. The company does not reserve features for a future paid release.
Accountability
Four standards that govern every product The 730 Company ships. The work is held to them; we expect to be held to them too.
If a capability is built and ready, it ships in the current version. The company does not reserve features for a future paid release.
Every improvement to a product a customer owns is included for as long as that product lives. There is no paid v1.1, v1. , v2.0, or any major-version upgrade of the same product.
The version of a product available for purchase today is the best version we know how to make today. No tiered edition sits above it.
We're a business and we run as one. The primary obligation is to make the tool worth using. Revenue follows from that — it does not lead it.
One distinction
"Upgrades are never charged for" applies to improvements of a product a customer already owns — v1.1, v1. , v2.0 of that product, all included.
A genuinely new, separate product is not an upgrade. It is a new optional purchase. The line is intentional: making the thing a customer bought better is always included; building a brand-new different thing is a new product the customer may choose to buy.
